Update ARRM 2.0.0.4

- Fixed: special characters & were incorrectly encoded when creating gamelist.xml in version 2.0.0.3

If you already have the 2.0.0.3 version you can download executable only ( jujuvincebros.fr/telechargements2/catego...rrm-update-correctif ) and replace your executables
For those who have problems with bad encoding of & in their gamelist.xml / gamelist_arrm.xml generated by ARRM 2003 version, just open your systems in ARRM 2004 and save the gamelist again to fix the problem
